Default Bug or bad skill description?

Not sure where this falls, but I have realized a skill is not performing properly.

[you move like a dwarf!]

The skill description says it knocks the target down, and when the target GETS UP, it is crippled. However, this skill will still cripple monsters that cannot be knocked down, and even the monsters that get knocked down are crippled before they get up.

Is this a bug, or just a skill description that is worded poorly?

How can you tell the monster is crippled before it gets up?

The condition arrow is added to the enemy as soon as the shout is activated.

Anyway, I think it's simply bad description, much like the "Double adrenaline on hit (10%)" mod, even though double adrenaline can trigger on skills like [To The Limit!]. Just my two cents.

You can tell by the little Brown down arrow on the right side of foes name.
But It's just poorly worded imo.

Yeah, the skill sounds like a delay in cripple. However, I couldn't care if it cripples at all. KD ftw.

Interesting. Are you saying that the effects of that modifier don't necessarily trigger at the same time as the skill? So a person with Enraging Charge could maybe get double adrenaline for hitting a target but only the normal adrenaline boost from the skill?

I might be wrong on this (I know TTL! works) but I believe the way the furious mod works is any time you gain adrenaline, there's a 10% chance of getting double, whether it's from attacking, skills that give adrenaline (never tested [[Signet of Aggression] but I would guess it works the same), taking damage, whatever.

Now that you specifically ask about Enraging Charge, I wonder if it all counts as one packet of adrenaline (skill+attack) or if it's two completely separate chances.

There's a thread somewhere in the bug section about the furious mod, I'll go see if I can find it. Edit: here's the thread and it was specifically about Signet of Aggression so I guess it works. lol

Sorry MagmaRed, I kinda hijacked your thread. My apologies.
